Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) – a two-day course that explains the Scrum framework, its principles, and practices. Actual certification is awarded later, after students pass a test given by the Scrum Alliance. A more in-depth three-day CSM course is also available, which satisfies the 21 contact hour prerequisite for the PMI-ACP® credential.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) – a two-day course that focuses on Scrum from the viewpoint of the Product Owner. The Product Owner is the individual on the Scrum Team that speaks for the end-user community and has the authority to make decisions about the product. This class will help aspiring Product Owners learn about the importance of vision, product roadmaps, and the creation and maintenance of the product backlog. Certification is awarded upon successful completion of the course.
Certified Agile Leader (CAL I) – a two-day course that helps those in executive and management positions better understand their role as a leader in an agile environment. Here the focus is on agile leadership thinking and behaviors that will support your staff and organization on their agile journey. The CAL I is an introductory stepping stone, designed to kick off your journey into greater agile practices and success. Certification is awarded upon successful completion of the course.
Additional courses, such as Agile for Project Managers, Introduction to Scrum, Getting Started with Kanban, and Introduction to Agile for Executives are also available as private workshops held in your own facilities.
